Your Privacy Choices
Effective date: 2026-05-21 Last updated: 2026-05-20
This page summarizes the rights California residents have over their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act). The full disclosures are in our Privacy Policy § 9.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, you may ask us to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
- Access a portable copy of that information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions (e.g., we keep the minimum needed for fraud prevention, security, or to comply with law).
- Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. The only "sensitive" category we collect is your login credentials, which we use solely to authenticate you.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. ARQ does not sell personal information and does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. There is nothing to opt out of, but if that changes we will publish an opt-out link here.
- Non-discrimination. We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a right.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@arqstats.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise.
To protect your information we will verify your identity by matching the email on the request to the email on the account. If we cannot verify you we will tell you. You may also authorize an agent to submit a request for you with written proof of authority.
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within that window and extend by up to another 45 days.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by browsers as a "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out, even though we do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law. No additional action is required if your browser sends GPC.
Minors
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The Service is intended for users 18 and older.
