Generating and managing the season schedule
Use the schedule wizard to build the round-robin, know when to regenerate, and share tracking and watch links with your scorekeepers and fans.
The Schedule Wizard automatically pairs teams across your available courts and time slots. It requires at least two enrolled teams and at least one configured venue and time slot before it can run.
Generating the schedule
- Go to Seasons → [season] → Schedule Wizard.
- Review the preview — ARQ shows all proposed matchups before committing.
- If the preview looks right, tap Commit schedule to write all games.
The wizard will not overwrite an existing schedule unless you explicitly regenerate.
When to regenerate
Regenerate if you make any of these changes after the initial commit:
- Added or removed a venue, court, or time slot
- Added or removed a team from the season enrollment
- Changed a team's division assignment
- Added or removed blackout dates
The wizard warns you when source data has drifted from the committed schedule. Regenerating replaces all scheduled games — any game results already tracked are preserved, but the matchup assignments may change.
Editing individual games
After committing, go to Seasons → [season] → Games to edit individual matchups — change the date, time, court, or teams for a specific game without regenerating the whole schedule.
Tracking and watch links
Every game has two links:
- Track link — for the scorekeeper. Gives full event-logging access. Share only with your trackers.
- Watch link — for fans and players. Read-only live view. Safe to share publicly in a group chat.
Both links are visible on the Games page. Tap the game row to see them.
Locking
Once games are scheduled, team enrollment and division assignments are locked — the schedule would break if teams were moved. If you genuinely need to change enrollment after scheduling, regenerate the schedule after making the change.
